In this role, you will:

• Deliver end-to-end features across Business Use Cases, UI, backend services, and data/AI components, from discovery to production support.
• Design and build scalable APIs and microservices (REST/GraphQL), integrating with internal platforms and Cloud services.
• Develop AI-enabled capabilities (e.g., search, summarization, classification, recommendations) using LLMs.
• Integrate solutions with Vector DB, Implement retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) patterns: document ingestion, chunking, embeddings, vector stores, and evaluation.
• Engineer secure, observable, resilient services (logging, metrics, tracing, SLOs, incident response).
• Apply secure-by-design practices: threat modelling, secrets management, encryption, and least-privilege access.
• Optimize performance and cost (latency, throughput, token usage, caching, autoscaling).
• Establish quality gates and Guardrails: automated testing, code reviews, CI/CD, and release management.

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• Strong proficiency in Python programming.
• Strong experience building modern web applications (React/Angular/Vue) with accessible, responsive UI.
• Hands-on experience integrating LLMs via APIs and/or hosting models; prompt engineering and structured outputs.
• Experience working in regulated environments with strong controls, change management, and audit requirements.
• Good communication and interpretation skills.
• Understanding of observability tooling (Grafana) (good to have).
• Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes) (good to have).
• Bachelor’s degree in technology/engineering (Computer Science) plus preferred AI knowledge and/or certifications in Python or cloud services (good to have).
