We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as a iWPB Operations Manager
Role purpose
The purpose of this role is to supervise a number of processors and / or checkers to ensure that transactions are processed accurately and that transactions are passed without defects.
The job holder is required to check to ensure post credit approval activities including document preparation, verification, transaction booking and maintenance on bank’s core systems are processed correctly, strictly in compliance to credit approval, internal policy, group and local regulation; to provide training/advice to Assistant/Offficer members for complicated deals received by team.
The tasks carried out by this job holder will include folowing key tasks:
- Ensuring the teams deliver correct processes withtout defects.
- Planning and prioritisation of day to day processing across teams.
- Implementation of change programmes as directed by the Functional Manager.
- Developing and/or implementing Operating Procedures in accordance with the Business Services Operating Model; highlighting any local procedures.
- Lead remediation activity relating to local regulation changes and Card scheme Provider new programmes/ projects.
- Work with local and regional stake holders to deliver new projects, new regulation implementation, monitor daily quality of works of team members, control operational risk and perform testing on Helios for risk logged.
Requirement
- Bachelor Degree
- 2 years of experience in operations or in a directly related business/function.
- Clear understanding of multiple operational workflows and associated operational controls
- Proven track record towards high level of customer service.
- Effective communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
