We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as Vice President – Payment Transformation Lead.

 

 

Roles & Responsibilities: 

 

Impact on the Business

 

  • Drive high performance within respective areas to ensure all programmes, technology changes will be managed properly to achieve and exceed  SLAs and KPIs.
  • Demonstrate results of continuous improvements across all key areas of operations management, people, processes, systems etc.
  • Build, maintain then enhance the operations culture/operational excellence of the department

 

Customers / Stakeholders

 

  • Effectively transform the voice of the customers into the processes.

 

Leadership & Teamwork

 

  • Effective connect and working with colleagues across global businesses, functions, procurement, risk, and compliance to devise and deliver a balanced and measurable approach to how HSBC executes its activities.

 

Operational Effectiveness & Control

 

  • Maintain HSBC control standards, follow Group Compliance Policy and Local regulatory compliance to minimize operational risk and loss.

 

 

Qualifications & Experience

 

  • At least 3 years of experience in Operations and processing, and workflow designs
  • Project management experience (important)
  • Analytical and creative problem solving skills (important)
  • Excellent ability in numerical analysis (important)
  • Customer oriented mindset and an ability to interact with people at all levels (important)
  • At least 3 years of experience in  managing large scale, high performing teams (>40 staff)  (preferable)
