We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as an Product Partnership Manager - Digital Acquisition

 

Areas and Accountabilities

 

• Drive digital-led customer acquisition for the credit card portfolio through strategic partnerships, online channels, and performance-based acquisition models.
• Identify, onboard, and manage digital partners (aggregators, e-commerce platforms, fintechs, affiliate networks, lifestyle platforms, etc.) to scale efficient and compliant acquisition.
• Work closely with Marketing, Digital, Distribution and Analytics teams to design, execute and optimize digital acquisition campaigns, ensuring accurate customer communication and conversion effectiveness.
• Lead the end-to-end development of partner-driven digital programs, coordinating with Risk, Legal, Compliance, IT, Operations, Finance and Procurement to ensure timely and compliant delivery.
• Monitor acquisition performance across key metrics (e.g. volume, cost per acquisition, approval rate, portfolio quality), identifying trends, risks and optimization opportunities.
• Recommend and implement enhancements to digital journey design, partner mechanics, or commercial structures to improve acquisition efficiency and portfolio outcomes.
• Ensure all digital acquisition activities comply with regulatory requirements, risk appetite, data privacy, and internal governance standards.
• Accountable for risk management, compliance, audit outcomes and control effectiveness across all digital partnership initiatives.
• Maintain awareness of digital acquisition trends, emerging platforms, and regulatory changes impacting online customer acquisition.

 

Qualifications, Knowledge & Experience

 


• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Digital or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in credit card products, digital acquisition, partnerships or performance marketing within financial services or fintech.
• Strong understanding of digital acquisition funnels, partner models, and data-driven optimization.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze performance data, identify risks, and recommend actionable improvements.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience working across Risk, Legal, Compliance and Technology teams.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Proficiency with analytical tools (e.g. SAS or similar) is an advantage.
• Solid understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements relevant to digital marketing and financial products.
