We are currently seeking a high-caliber professional to join our team as Manager, GTS Sales

 

Roles & Responsibilities: 

 

In this role, you will:

 

  • Leading origination efforts of Global Trade Solutions for a dedicated portfolio of primarily consumer brands and retail clients – establishing new business relationships and strengthening existing ones, whilst ensuring fair outcomes for all types of customers
  • Aggressively grow local revenues for the dedicated portfolio of clients
  • Assisting in establishing new business relationships and strengthening existing ones, whilst ensuring fair outcomes for all types of customers
  • Assisting in the communication of new products, propositions and relevant market information to customers
  • Proactively identifying sales opportunities and develop these opportunities
  • Supporting distribution channel business development strategies
  • Working closely with relevant local and regional stakeholders to shape and deliver business development plans that generate new opportunities and increase revenue from existing clients, ensuring asset growth, sales, and revenue targets are met.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders, including relationship mangers and product specialists, to maximise cross-selling opportunities and drive broader value for the bank
  • Participating in events, initiatives and activities to develop business opportunities
  • Protecting the bank's reputation and ensuring an acceptable risk profile, whilst deepening your understanding of the client through credit and customer due diligence reviews

 

 

Qualifications & Experience

 

 

  • Bachelor Degree in Finance, Business or related discipline
  • Extensive knowledge of global trade solutions, services, products and techniques
  • Good understanding of the market trends, competitive environment and regulatory environment
  • Detailed knowledge of Credit and Risk including techniques to mitigate risk
  • Proven ability in identifying and meeting customer needs through matching a broad range of products and services
  • Ability to interact with business customers at all levels
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to interact and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and the ability to deliver compelling presentations in English and Vietnamese
