We are currently seeking a high-caliber professional to join our team as Internship, Real Estate Services.
Roles & Responsibilities:
In this role, you will:
This position reports to the Operational Management & Health and Safety Manager and supports team members within Real Estate Services . The role assists with day-to-day operations, cyclical activities (weekly/ monthly/ annual reporting), and short-term initiatives across Real Estate Services.
Key responsibilities:
Data & planning: Update and maintain space/layout data in key systems (e.g., FM:S, Horizon); support basic data checks/analysis when needed.
Operations & Governance: Maintain team documentation (DIM, key controls, record retention); collect inputs from sub-teams; prepare meeting minutes and simple communication materials.
ESG support: Help coordinate green initiatives and collect sustainability data (energy, waste, water, CO₂).
Finance support: Assist with monthly recharge preparation, GL substantiation support, and cost tracking vs budget.
Health & Safety support (non-technical): Track H&S actions to closure, support safety communications/training coordination, and manage contractor H&S document filing/completeness.
Some challenges may include:
- Working under pressure to ensure adequate resilience, compliance and performance.
- Working effectively across a number of stakeholders who may have conflicting viewpoints and agendas
Qualifications & Experience
- Good command of English (listening, speaking, reading and writing).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Power BI is a plus).
- Strong analytical skills; able to work with data, identify trends/variances, and present findings clearly.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organisational and planning skills; able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Positive mindset with a willingness to learn.
- Able to quickly grasp new concepts and handle new tasks independently.
- Able to build and maintain positive working relationships with internal teams and external parties.
