This team leads the implementation of the Group’s people strategy in line with our business objectives. It facilitates talent management, succession planning, and employee mobility while defining and overseeing frameworks that support employee performance management, reward, learning and development, resourcing and engagement..

We are currently seeking a high-caliber professional to join our team as Internship, People.

Roles & Responsibilities: 

In this role, you will:

• Organising schedules, maintaining diaries, arranging activities for learning and other events
• Co-ordinate activities, events, resources, meetings, services and managing internal and external stakeholders
• Supporting administration – composing presentations, drafting reports, assisting with key documents such as HR Learning Newsletter, HR Bulletin...
• Managing external relationships and service providers
• Adhere to HSBC policies and maintain confidentiality on sensitive activities in the remit area

Qualifications & Experience

To be successful in the role:

• Bachelor's degree in human resource management or studying toward a degree in human resource management or related field.
• Proven experience working in an office environment.
• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications and some design app (Canva, Photoshop....)
• The ability to work as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Detail-oriented.
