We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as an GTS Regulatory Governance and Product Implementation Manager
Areas and Accountabilities
Participate in regulatory discussions.
- Engage in discussions regarding new or updated regulations with relevant risk stewards
- Represent GTS in Bank Working Group discussions related to regulatory updates, raising comments or concerns as needed.
- Ensure understanding of regulatory requirements, collaborate with relevant team members within GTS to review new regulations and/or conduct gap analyses.
- Collaborate closely with risk stewards and stakeholders to provide regulatory comments/feedback as requested by regulators/risk stewards.
Conduct gap analysis with stakeholders/relevant risk stewards
- Collaborate with GTS team members, risk stewards, and stakeholders for gap analysis reviews related to new or updated regulations), as well as for system enhancement if needed.
- Work closely with the GTS CCO for matters concerning MSII.
- Partner with CCO, Services, and risk stewards for annual review of regulatory development and implementation
- Provide necessary training or briefing to frontline staff and other relevant stakeholders regarding regulatory changes or updates.
- Ensure alignment with local regulation if any change on global policies.
- Actively contribute to governance forums and committees addressing regulatory change and their implementation.
- Ensure timely updates to regulatory changes on bank’s regulatory reporting system RRIS
Collaborate on regulatory report and procedures.
- Represent GTS in discussions related to regulatory/GTS reporting requirements, including logic review, and preparation of initial and secondary check reports.
- Understand reporting requirements and work with relevant teams to ensure accurate report preparation, including the creation of necessary documentation and business requirements
- Ensure timely and compliant implementation of reports in line with regulatory timelines.
- Serve as the main point of contact for procedure updates with regulators.
Support product-related activities
- Work closely with product teams to raise system enhancement requests including regulatory related items at both local and regional levels.
- Collaborate with risk stewards in the launch of new products and review of periodic product governance tasks.
- Provide support for product governance activities and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Prepare material for internal training or external engagement with regulator á required.
Qualifications, Knowledge & Experience
- Knowledge of trade products, local regulations, data handling.
