We are currently seeking a high-caliber professional to join our team as CCS Operation Support Assistant

Roles & Responsibilities: 

In this role, you will:

• Produce and provide Collections MI
• Provide Collections system support
• To support and work with internal stakeholders (Audit, FCC, Finance, Compliance, Administration…) in internal processing and reporting and with Regional Collections System Support for other systems support, enhancement… to be ensure all system operate smoothly.

• To provide policy, procedure, process, guidance, Collections system and other Collections training for Collections team
• Other assignments are as line manger requests:
• Project handling for Collections or site requirements
• Support training requirements for new and existing collectors
• Control and compliance
• Maintain HSBC control standards and follow Group Compliance Policy to minimize operational risk by:
• Remaining compliant with and ensuring awareness of Audit and Group requirements and other internal guidelines
• Ensuring strict compliance with government banking regulations
• Timely implementing internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators.

Qualifications & Experience

• IT knowledge (colleague level)
• Data base SQL, SAS Coding is preferrable.
• Communication skill.
• Basic knowledge in retail banking product: credit card and lending, and Collections operations.
