We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as Business FCR Manager

 

 

Roles & Responsibilities: 

 

The job holder will lead the completion of some key activities such as being a main contact points and act as advisory role for  AML & Sanction LoBPs, CDD LOBPs and Transaction Monitoring.

 

The jobholder will coordinate with relevant related stakeholders to drive and implement related initiatives/ programs to ensure VNM Global Standards deliverables are achieved and transited successfully to BAU model.

 

The challenges facing job holder include:

 

  1. Being fully constantly aware of economic downturn situation, volatility and continual evolvement nature of financial and banking market and need to simultaneously and positively provide sufficient adaptability to the fast-changing environment, competitive and regulatory pressures related to Group Standards program
  2. Being aware of changes in internal and external regulatory and compliance requirements at an increasing pace, inadequate or failed internal processes, system failure.
  3. Understanding low awareness of Global Standards requirements, possible resistance to GS programs & FCR relating issues, to promote the engagement of staff, business and ensure the effective implementation of Global Standards & FCR within WPB.  This requires standing firm in the face of strong business or country pressure to ensure the Global standards principles are maintained effectively.
  4. Responsible for the quality of all EDD review and SOW summaries on completion by frontlines or CDDU prior the sign off.

 

 

Qualifications & Experience

 

  • Minimum bachelor degree holder in any fields & good command of English.
  • Good understanding of CDD & AML & Sanction policies and process
  • Ability to work collaboratively with different stakeholders.
  • Confidence to interact with senior management
  • Detail and change oriented.
  • Strong judgmental skills & problem solving skills.
  • Experience leading complex projects.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure without supervision.
  • At least 3 to 5 year of working experience, preferably experience in WPB business / banking industry.
