We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as an Business FCR Manager

Role purpose 

This role is responsible for managing the whole process of Client Selection and Exit Management Process of IWPB and support IWPB Business to be complaint with all aspects of Global Standards and Financial Crime Risk Management.   

Areas and Accountabilities

• CSEM Activities
• Carry out Thematic reviews as advised locally or regionally
• Complete CSEM continuous monitoring activities on a quarterly basis
• Market remediation activities
• Execution of CSEM and all related activities and governance
• ASP Read Across quarterly findings
• Conducting CSEM refresher  trainings 
• Ability to present and converse with Senior Management as IWPB EXCO/ HoFC and other key senior stakeholders.

Leadership & Teamwork 

• Exceptional interpersonal and management skills with experience in establishing and managing a wide range of projects, across multiple work stream teams and stakeholders of different levels, cultures, and operating models
• Promotor of challenging the status quo, seeking to improve ways of working and having a forward-thinking mind.

Functional Knowledge

• Strong knowledge and understanding of the external environment within the market - regulatory, political, competitor and economic.
• Demonstrated GB/GF business knowledge, ideally with direct management experience. Must maintain and deploy sufficient subject matter expertise to support the different areas for IWPB.
• Thorough understanding of HSBC Group structures, values, behaviors, processes, and objectives
• Outstanding relationship management, interpersonal, communication skills; the ability to negotiate and influence across matrixed GB//GF stakeholders to manage toward one solution
• Experience of operating in an environment of constantly changing priorities, challenging bureaucracy, and staying true to the values and strategy of the Group
• Outstanding prioritization and control skills, with ability to critically review and acknowledge when and how to re-prioritize, mitigate, or escalate
• Well-developed knowledge of operational, non-financial risk and control framework management
