Exceptions breaching the Group threshold are reviewed in a formal Group review meeting each month and Management Self-Identified Issues are raised for each. Similar review sessions take place at regional and country level and ARCCs are signed off by the relevant entity and regional (Chief Finance Officer) CFOs. The latest Group exceptions are also reported on a quarterly basis to the Group Audit Committee.
