We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join the GPS team in sales function in North India

 

Principal Responsibilities

  • Ensure delivery of individual financial and non-financial targets.
  • Originate new business opportunities and create a strong, healthy robust pipeline
  • Be responsible for new sales revenue and the retention and growth of existing clients and income aligned to an allocated portfolio.
  • Support the wider GPS team with specific clients and initiatives
  • Build and maintain relationships with a portfolio of clients from within Corporate & Institutional Banking to influence buying behaviours.
  • Ensure compliance with GPS Sales procedures and practices
  • Proactively cross-sell the full range of integrated cash management capabilities as well as across all products within the Bank.

 

 

Role requirements / Educational Qualifications / Certification / Experience:

  • Strong knowledge of local / regional / global cash management products
  • Proven ability in identifying and meeting customer needs through matching a broad range of products and services and in delivering customer solutions
  • Well-developed communication, presentation, interpersonal, negotiating and influencing skills
  • Ability to operate on a cross-regional and cross-functional basis
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • MBA from a Tier-1 institute (Not mandatory)

 

Additional Information

Mandatory to successfully complete Anti-Money Laundering and Sanctions training and post-course assessment, as required.
