We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Group Finance Operation - Asset Liability Capital Management - Manager

In this role, you will:

  • Prepare the data / portfolio used on production of IRRBB reports such as EVE, NII and NTMR report for Group & Local regulators for assigned entities
  • Ensure execution of Data controls and its related governance.
  • Assist in implementing new reports in line and adherence to internal and regulatory guidelines
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of output and data quality issues affecting output quality are logged in appropriate systems
  • Assist with execution and delivery of stress-tests exercises
  • Document clear basis of preparation for each aspect of the process.
  • Identify and implement re-engineering opportunities, support periodic updates, changes, and amendments.
  • Performance standards as defined in SLA are met or exceeded.
  • Ensure BCP / BIA are executed as per plan.
  • Ensure Responsible accountable Consultant Informed is followed across all reports

To be successful you will:

  • Professionally qualified CA / CWA / CPA / CFA/ MBA (Finance) or graduates with 3+ years of experience preferably in regulatory / finance / data management area.
  • Strong technical understanding of (1) interest rate environment (2) financial reporting with balance sheet.
  • IRRBB, Treasury, Regulatory / Financial Reporting, and Global Markets background is preferred.
  • Experience of Global market products, Balance Sheet & PL attribution and analysis, Fixed income valuations
  • Strong attention to detail with ability to handle large volumes of data
  • Strong communication, presentation and analytical skills
  • Excellent working knowledge of MS related products i.e. Excel, Power Point, Access.
  • Knowledge of SQL database, Power BI and Data Analytics tools etc. is a requirement.
  • Ability to interact with multiple cultures and multiple levels of seniority.
  • Ability to multi-task and work with tight deadlines.
