Principal Responsibilities:
- To check Facility Advise Letters.
- Recovery of Facility Advise Letters charges in timely manner.
- To safeguard the Bank from potential loss on lending by ensuring that security documentation for accounts is obtained from the customers promptly as per FAL/Security Section of the CARM application.
- To ensure that the security documents are enforceable and in line with BIM/local regulations/laws. To check that necessary charges have been created in the Bank’s favour. Also to ensure that security documents are loaded on HUB and are kept under dual control.
- To liase with legal advisors, consortium banks and customers regarding various issues related to security documentation.
- To handle and collate various Returns to be submitted to RBI/Internal Auditors.
- To look after the operational aspect of Credit i.e. disbursal of credit limits, freeze in limits, Document preparation, verification, security creation and perfection, loading of such documents on HUB,Archival of documents.
Role Requirements / Education Qualifications / Certifications / Experience:
Graduate with 2-5 years of overall Banking exposure

- Mandatory to successfully complete Anti-Money Laundering and Sanctions training and post-course assessment, as required.
