We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Team Leader PSE GZU.    

 


Job Duties:

  • Achieve various business expectations and implement customer acquisition target by leading sales team staff to grow mass affluent customer segment.
  • Executing sales plan, monitoring the implementation progress and evaluating efficiency and effectiveness to meet pre-set target.
  • Co-work with local outlets to providing excellent sales and services to maximize customer satisfaction by ensuring customers’ orders / requirements are executed / met in a professional manner and ensure the whole sales process is compliant.
  • Exploring OMA opportunities and organize OMA to ensure achievement of customer acquisition target.
  • Coaching team staff to improve and enhance their wealth management knowledge, customer prospecting skills and conduct awareness, etc.
  • Provide day to day conduct and culture training and enhancement to the acquisition team to ensure sufficient risk awareness and right behavior of the team.
  • Execute Group and entity level strategy in an efficient and compliant manner.
  • Responsible for team manpower management, including staff movement, development and recruitment etc.
  • Ensure strict compliance with external regulations and internal policies / guidelines issued by 1st LoD, 2nd LoD and 3rd LoD, etc during sales process and daily operations.

 


Job Requirements:

  • University Degree in Business Administration / Finance or related professional qualifications
  • Minimum of 10 years' relevant banking experience and people management experience in retail banking services direction.
  • Strong customer service orientation, good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong self-motivation, outgoing personality and ability to work independently
  • Proficiency in English, Cantonese; with good knowledge of PC application software.
