We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Sr. Associate Director, Tech SME.

Principal responsibilities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in written and spoken English and be comfortable working in a multi-cultured/global environment.
• Ability to work independently and within a diverse team environment.
• Experience in ITSO Or production support role, DevOps, or infrastructure engineering roles
• Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines, observability stacks (AppDynamics, Grafana, Splunk), and monitoring systems.
• Proven experience maintaining highly available, low-latency systems in a regulated industry (preferably banking, fintech, or insurance).
• Strong automation and scripting skills (Python, Go, Bash, etc.)
Requirements
• Financial services (e.g. Credit card/debit card) business knowledge (retail/wholesale/investment banking, wealth, insurance, markets).
• Ability to stay current with banking/financial services/technology research and apply insights where relevant.
• Intellectual curiosity and creativity, with a growth mindset and strong problem-solving focus.
• Comfortable working across multiple domains; able to deep-dive into details and share knowledge with the team.
• Experience in IT control compliance tracking, KCI/KPI reporting, and action management in a regulated environment.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including influencing, constructive challenge, and escalation.
• Working knowledge of cyber controls, SDLC, change/deployment controls, and IAM concepts.
• Strong reporting skills (Excel/Power BI or equivalent) with high attention to detail and evidence quality.
• Experience supporting service management for critical services (stability, resilience, operational risk).
• Clear written and verbal communication; able to work independently and drive outcomes across global teams.
