We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Sr. Associate Director, Data and Analytics.

Principal responsibilities

  • Build end-to-end agents for defined workflows across:
    • KYC onboarding: case triage, document checklist guidance, entity/UBO summarisation, exception routing support.
    • Credit assessment: application/financial summary extraction, covenant tracking support, credit memo drafting assistance, rationale tracing to evidence.
    • Portfolio management: exposure overview, concentration monitoring support, event/news summarisation, portfolio review pack assistance.
  • Implement RAG with strong grounding: ingestion, chunking, indexing, reranking, citations, freshness strategies and access controls.
  • Integrate agents with internal services/APIs and workflow tools (case management, knowledge bases, data services).
  • Engineer predictable behaviour: structured outputs, guardrails, refusal/fallback patterns, and robust error handling.
  • Build evaluation and regression testing (golden sets, quality/safety metrics, telemetry and feedback loops).
  • Ensure operational readiness: monitoring, alerting, audit logs, incident response runbooks, and cost/latency optimisation.
  • Collaborate with Risk/Compliance/InfoSec to meet control expectations for sensitive KYC and credit information.

 

Requirements

  • Delivering agents that materially reduce manual effort and cycle time in onboarding and credit workflows.
  • Producing grounded, explainable outputs with traceable citations to approved documents/data.
  • Achieving stable production operations (SLA adherence, low incident rates, clear runbooks).
  • Establishing reusable agent patterns (RAG templates, evaluation harnesses, guardrails) across squads.
