We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Vetting Analyst.

Principal responsibilities

  • Coordinate with the global vendor to complete the Vetting activities. Feedback on Vendor SLA and Quality.
  • Governance data to be delivered correctly and timely to country, regional stakeholder. Instructions/ requests to be correctly interpreted, understood and implemented.
  • Be innovative in executing all responsibilities, providing solutions to complex issues in a high-speed change environment. Through effective analysis of key information, support the identification and communication of emerging trends that may impact the effectiveness.
  • Demonstrate effective teamwork, engagement and collaboration within Employee Vetting function. And work collaboratively across all business.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years proven experience in vetting process, compliance services, testing, and/or audit experience or equivalent. Experience in planning and people management is preferable.
  • Understanding of banking financial and non-financial risks, including credit risk, and the aptitude to learn about new and emerging risk types.
  • Ability to liaise with internal stakeholder and external vendor to meet challenging deadlines or deliver high demand project.
  • Project and/or change management skills is advantageous.
  • Ability to exercise discretion, work independently toward stakeholder, complete assignments timely and facilitate any audit review.

Candidate with less relevant experience or skills may be offered a lower Global Career Band than stated above.
