We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Software Engineer.

Principal responsibilities

• Clarify data requirements from key business stakeholders in an organized manner, focusing on semantic layer construction and knowledge extraction needs.
• Formulate clear project schedules and coordinate data engineering work, including semantic asset construction, knowledge extraction, and AI Agent development based on internal data assets.
• Design and maintain scalable Python-based ETL/ELT pipelines, integrate AI Agent capabilities into data services, and activate internal stock data warehouse assets to support AI application development; provide support for production data and AI Agent application issues as needed.

Requirements

• Basic to good Python skills, with interest or some experience in data analysis, ETL/ELT pipelines, AI agent development, and data cleaning/processing.
• Familiarity with database concepts and some hands-on experience with one or more databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, ClickHouse, or Neo4j.
• Understanding of basic data modeling concepts, data warehouse layers such as ODS/DWD/DWS/ADS, and reporting or indicator design is a plus.
• Some experience with Django backend development, and ability to build or support reusable backend services and APIs.
• Able to learn how to package semantic assets and AI agent capabilities into backend services for internal AI applications.
• Good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to understand business needs and help translate them into technical requirements.
• Good spoken and written English.
• Positive attitude, customer-focused mindset, strong sense of responsibility, and willingness to troubleshoot and support data or AI application issues
