We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Software Engineer.

Business: Enterprise Technology L3 

Principal responsibilities

• Ensure continuing adherence to control compliance requirements for FT services by driving an effective engagement and governance process across the function.
• Ensurise Technology (ET) targets in relation to key service resilience goals.re successful contribution to Enterp
•  Provide an initial point of contact for risk, control and audit-related matters on behalf of FT teams, delivering guidance and championing behavioural and cultural change.
• Engage with stakeholders across the organisation (e.g. CCO Tech, 2LOD, Data & Analytics Office, BIROs, Cybersecurity control owners and operators, 3LOD etc.) as required in relation to any audits, control testing or external reviews.
• Proactively identify and raise operational risks and issues (MSIIs).
• Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders, contributing to risk and operational effectiveness forums both directly and in a support capacity as required.

Knowledge & Experience/Qualifications 

• Strong understanding of, and experience of working within, risk and control frameworks and associated processes.
• Experience of working with internal/ external auditors, other external assurance parties, and/ or regulatory bodies, managing audits, providing evidence and supporting testing and assurance activities.
• Experience managing and tracking both management (MSII) and audit-identified issues.
• Ability to understand and communicate complex technical requirements for stakeholders across multiple teams and locations.
   
• Industry qualifications (CRISC, CISM, CISSP) are desirable but not essential.
   
• Knowledge of Cyber regulatory requirements in region/ globally.
   
• Knowledge of Technology and Cyber Security Frameworks, e.g. NIST, ISO 27001 etc.
