We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Software Engineer.

Business: PB and AM Tech

Principal responsibilities

• Accountable for Trust Future State Architecture projects implementation through the agile development lifecycle.
• Clarify requirement from key business stakeholders and sponsors in organized way.
• Contribute to hands-on system architectural design and implementation
• Work closely with cross-functional teams and software vendor to ensure deliveries in schedule with good quality.
• Stay at the forefront of AI and agent advancements, adapting the agent framework to leverage evolving industry technologies.

Requirements

• Strong ability to communicate technical trade-offs and design decisions in a cross-regional, English-speaking environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and project management skills, with a proven ability to deliver mission-critical projects with high quality results under tight schedule and high pressure.
• Strong hands-on software development experience, and delivering high-quality, complex system solutions end-to-end.
• Proved experience in regulatory compliance projects implementation
• Eagerness to learn new technologies and continuously improve skills.
