We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Product.

 

Principal responsibilities

  • Lead the Harmony OS development for the Hong Kong business and app distribution channels in mainland China
  • Lead new mobile initiatives on NRC, Platform Hub, new operating system, and other emerging technologies
  • Review and manage risk and control under bank’s framework, compliance with local regulations and legal requirements, and adherence to app store regulations
  • Monitor and review NPS, data enablement, customer insight and market trend for mobile apps

 

Requirements

  • Excellent understanding of mobile app technology, user experience, and industry best practice
  • Proven line management experience, with a strong focus on supporting and developing team members
  • Subject matter expertise in digital technologies, the banking industry, commercial operations, marketplace dynamics, and customer-centric considerations
  • Innovative and knowledgeable in emerging technology, with the ability to approach challenges differently or implement unique solutions to achieve goals
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex or technical issues in customer-facing language
  • Excellent relationship management skills to satisfy a wide range of internal and external customers with conflicting priorities
  • Excellent time management and prioritisation of projects and tasks
  • High levels of resilience and self-motivation
  • Must be energetic, positive, and a team player

 

Candidate with less relevant experience or skills may be offered a lower Global Career Band than stated above.
