We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Control Manager, HK Operations.

 

Principal responsibilities

  • Execute and uplift the control environment across HK Operations
  • Drive control enhancement and end-to-end journey effectiveness
  • Conduct thematic reviews, control testing, and audit support/oversight
  • First line of defence leadership and governance
  • Execute and enforce Global Risk and Control policies and framework across HK Operations

 

Requirements

  • University graduate with 10+ years’ experience of non-financial risk management within a global organisation
  • Proven experience of leading multiple teams and projects in a large matrix organisation
  • Experience of developing and implementing comprehensive, enterprise-wide strateges and frameworks
  • Strong communication (both verbal and written) and presentation skills to all levels of stakeholders
  • Outstanding relationship manag.ement, collaboration and influencing skills, including constructive challenge with senior stakeholders and external parties
  • A change agent who challenges the status quo diplomatically, constructively and positively to enable safe growth and improved control outcomes
