We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Consultant Specialist.

Business: PB and AM Tech

Principal responsibilities

• Support business management activities, including financial management, workforce support and operational governance routines.
• Monitor charging and cost items, follow up on exceptions, and support resolution of billing queries and adjustments.
• Assist with software capitalisation and impairment activities by coordinating inputs, evidence and trackers.
• Support budget and planning activities (including annual planning and in-year updates) by consolidating data and maintaining documentation.
• Maintain and update management information (dashboards, trackers and presentations), ensuring accuracy, completeness and timely delivery.
• Provide day-to-day support for management tools and workflows (e.g., Clarity and JIRA), raising and tracking issues through to resolution.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail with a good numeric sense and a structured approach to tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with confidence producing clear trackers and concise updates.
• Good written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate clearly with different stakeholders.
• Good interpersonal skills and experience working with diverse teams and priorities.
• Strong sense of responsibility, follow-through and comfort working under pressure with short turnaround times.
• Basic understanding of finance, reporting or business management processes (training and support will be provided).
