We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Consultant Specialist.

Principal responsibilities

• Clarify requirement from key business stakeholders and sponsors in organized way.
• Contribute to hands-on system architectural design and implementation
• Oversee end-to-end delivery, proactively managing risks, dependencies, and key milestones to ensure successful outcomes.
• Lead initiatives to continuously improve engineering processes, tools, and methodologies
• Work closely with cross-functional teams and software vendor to ensure deliveries in schedule with good quality.
• Stay at the forefront of AI and agent advancements, adapting the agent framework to leverage evolving industry technologies.

Requirements

• Strong ability to communicate technical trade-offs and design decisions in a cross-regional, English-speaking environment.
• Knowledge and practical experience with distributed systems, microservice architecture and API-based integration.
• Excellent problem-solving, project management, and stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to deliver large-scale, mission-critical projects with high quality results under tight schedule and high pressure.
• Proven experience as a Lead or Senior Engineer in large-scale application migration projects.
• Strong hands-on software development experience, and delivering high-quality, complex system solutions end-to-end.
• Eagerness to learn new technologies and continuously improve skills.
