We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Consultant Specialist.

Principal responsibilities
- Drive platform ownership, ensuring clear accountability for platform services and components.
- Implement and maintain robust controls to ensure compliance, security, and operational excellence.
- Support and participate in governance activities, including policy adherence, risk management, and audit readiness.
- Act as the main point of contact for all service-related matters, collaborating with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners.
- Ensure service performance meets agreed SLAs/OLAs and drive continual service improvement.
- Manage service risks, compliance, and audit requirements in line with global standards.
- Maintain and update service documentation, including service catalogue entries, support models, and operational procedures.
- Monitor service health, usage, and capacity; take proactive actions to address issues or optimize performance.
- Lead or participate in service reviews, governance forums, and reporting.
- Ensure alignment with IT policies, standards, and regulatory obligations.
- Manage the service controls ensuring compliance with ITSO governance and timely updates.
- Demonstrate resilience by effectively recovering from setbacks and maintaining service continuity under pressure.
Requirements
- Service ownership mindset, strong problem-solving and analytical skills, process orientation, attention to detail, adaptability, and resilience.
- Resilience experience, with a proven ability to recover from setbacks and maintain service continuity under pressure.
- Ability to analyze service metrics and drive continuous improvement.
- Knowledge of risk, compliance, and audit practices in IT.
- Proven experience in IT service management, preferably in a large, regulated, or multinational organization.
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and service lifecycle management.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a global, multicultural environment.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, COBIT) are a plus.
