Senior Consultant Specialist

What you’ll do:

• Clarify requirement from key business stake holders and sponsors in organized way and pair up with BA to conduct PoC
• Design, and implementation of a robust, scalable, and high-performance solution
• Stay at the cutting edge of AI and agent movement in the industry, and adapt the solution to leverage the technical evolving in the industry
• Establish engineering best practices, including continuous integration/continuous delivery pipeline workflows, and monitoring for AI applications, and ensure continuous improvement of engineering practice

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience building production systems in Python and familiar with framework like FastAPI, Redis etc.
• Proven delivery of system design and end-to-end solutions, including multi-step workflows and multi-agent systems and with secure engineering practices and threat modelling
• Strong hands-on experience with design and develop agent tooling and integration patterns (e.g., MCP and tool/function calling) to enable reliable tool use in production.
• Experience with retrieval and knowledge integration (RAG), search, and vector databases
• Strong hands-on experiences in in terms of cloud-native, like docker, container, K8s and Helm
• Self-driven and curious, eager to get hands-on with state-of-the-art (SOTA) GenAI techniques and turn them into practical, supportable solutions.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and explain trade-offs clearly and drive the delivery forward in a successful manner
• Collaborative working style: comfortable pairing, giving/receiving feedback, and succeeding together as a team.
