We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Consultant Specialist.

Business: CTO Data Technology 

Principal responsibilities

• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of the model execution platform.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with key stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and resources to achieve project objectives within specified timelines.
• Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing issues and risks as they arise.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Communicate project status, updates, and key milestones to stakeholders and senior management.

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project management, with a focus on financial services or regulatory compliance projects.
• Spark, K8S (Kubernetes) and API development related technical background are highly desirable.
• Proven track record of successfully leading complex IT projects within the banking industry, particularly in the area of Analytical or ML  model deployment.
• Ability to navigate in an extreme complex organization.
• Excellent English communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from initiation to completion.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Experience with Agile project management methodologies.
• Familiar with JIRA, Confluence

What additional skills will be good to have?

• Project experience on Google Cloud Platform.
• Project experience on IRB model development and deployment.
