We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Consultant Specialist.

Principal responsibilities

• Leadership of the detailed analysis to elaborate business outcomes and translate conceptual business propositions into API product requirements that align with the product strategy.
• Providing subject matter expertise (business, technical, process and integration) for requirements elaboration process to define detailed API stories for development teams
• Define API design for Process API
• Global Process Requirement Document(GPRD) completion to reflect new requirements including process flow, logical data model, data mapping, and authentication / security / authorizations.
• Provide a Mock implementation for API consumers to test against
• Create Domain API JIRA tickets to reflect the functional Amendments required to the API
• Work with the engineering lead and the Domain architect to reflect the domain design in the API implementation
• Perform governance of VS/SVS level API design like review and guide team API design
• Lead API design in team, ensure delivery API design with project plan
• Coorperate with project team to improve the delivery efficiency & quality
• Keep improve working model of API

What you will need to success in the role:

• Be experienced to technical engineering practices and principles
• Have at least 2-years product or business analysis experience
• Have in-depth experience using Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Adept in using Jira and Confluence
• Strong project management, time management and problem-solving skills
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• God negotiation skills
• Experience in DevOps environment
• Strong sense of restful API design principle
• Have at least 1-year API design experience with latest WPB API standard
• Knowledge of DevOps tooling such as Jenkins, Git, Ansible, Splunk, Jira/Confluence, AppD, Docker, Kubernetes
• Solid knowledge of BDD, Continuous Integration, Selenium, continuous deployment and testing 
• Track record in working on the delivery of complex deployment projects and under diversified/ matrix structure
• Strong business sense with good understanding in how IT systems impact business objectives
• Strong communication, presentation & influencing skills, able to operate well across cultures and in multi-cultural, diverse work environments
• Strong analytical, design and problem solving skills
• Excellent team player with ability to work under minimal supervision
• Strong quality assurance capability, ensure that the project meets quality standards, implement best practices and processes for development and delivery
• Good command of written and spoken English. Mandarin is also preferred
• Able to work at flexible hour for late evening meeting with colleagues in various regions, API deployment & production support
• Able to work under pressure
• Willing to learn/explore various technologies especially in Integration domain
