We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Consultant Specialist (Agile Delivery).

Principal responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Agile delivery for one or more software initiatives, ensuring scope, timeline, quality, and outcomes are met.
• Run delivery cadence and Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement (with PO), sprint reviews, retrospectives.
• Own delivery management: RAID, dependency tracking, release planning, change control, and status reporting.
• Partner closely with Product Owner, Engineering, QA, Architecture, Security, and Operations to align priorities and resolve impediments quickly.
• Translate business goals into executable delivery plans; ensure requirements are understood and “definition of ready/done” is applied.
• Drive continuous improvement using delivery metrics (velocity/throughput, lead time, defect trends, predictability).
• Coordinate environment readiness, testing, cutover, and release activities; ensure smooth handover to support/operation.
• Manage stakeholder communications in English, including clear updates, decision points, and escalation when needed.
• Ensure delivery complies with SDLC controls and relevant governance expectations (documentation, approvals, audit readiness).

Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience in Agile delivery / project management for software development (PM/Delivery Manager/Scrum Master with delivery ownership).
• Strong understanding of software engineering and delivery concepts (APIs, integration, environments, CI/CD basics, testing lifecycle).
• Strong English communication skills (written and spoken), comfortable working with global stakeholders.
• Practical experience with Scrum/Kanban and Agile tooling (Jira/Confluence and/or Azure DevOps).
• Solid fundamentals in planning, risk management, dependency management, and stakeholder management.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams (developers, QA, BA/PO, DevOps).
• Experience delivering large/complex projects or working within a broader programme (multiple teams/workstreams) is a great plus.
• Familiarity with governance/control environments (change management, security, data privacy, audit) is preferred.
• Banking/financial services technology delivery experience is preferred.
• Certifications: PSM/CSM/SAFe/PMP/PRINCE2 (optional).
