Senior Consultant Specialist (AI Solution Development)

Principal responsibilities

• Leading a small team for design and implementation of robust, scalable, and high-performance AI solution for solving actual business challenges from business stakeholder.
• Leads by doing guides engineers/teams through,complexity and raises engineering standards through day-to-day actions.
• Broad engineering exposure across different business value stream and parties,plus agile values-based delivery.
• AI/ML technology evolution with stays current on applied Generative AI and identifies and expose practical opportunities to develop common capabilities which benefits more use-cases.

Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications

• Education & English: Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science/Engineering(or related); good communication in English.
• Software Engineering: 5+ years’ hands-on coding practice, strong Python, with usage of cloud-native (GCP/Azure) as well as Docker, Kubernetes and Helm
• Strong hands-on experience with Agent/Harness/MCP Engineering development and soild hands-on experiences at least one of following lib langchain deep agent / langgraph / crewAI, deep understanding of optimize agent performance in terms of stability, reliability and latency etc.
• Problem-solving & commitment, strong ability to develop creative solutions to complex challenges, working effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrates an AI-native, creativity and innovated mindset by applying AI-driven approaches for solving business problem, and to improve productivity, quality, and engineering best practices.
• Proven team leadership experience with strong ownership and enthusasitc to help teammate to grow, resilience under pressure,  excellent collaboration skills, and a highly proactive,self-driven approach to delivering results.
