We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Consultant Specialist (AI Platform Architecture).

Principal responsibilities

• Design, build, and improve core capabilities of our AI Platform across a multi-cloud environment including AWS, GCP, Azure, and Alibaba Cloud.
• Develop scalable platform services, APIs, and integration patterns that support model onboarding, deployment, inference, observability, and runtime operations.
• Work closely with architecture team to translate architect design  into secure, reliable, and maintainable engineering solutions.
• Contribute hands-on to solution implementation, proof of concepts, and technical validation to ensure platform capabilities are practical, performant, and production-ready.
• Define and apply engineering best practices for resilience, scalability, automation, monitoring, and operational support.
• Ensure platform solutions align with enterprise architecture, security, compliance, and operational standards while maintaining a strong focus on developer experience and delivery speed.

Requirements

• Strong experience as a software engineer, technical lead, or solution architect delivering platform, cloud, or distributed systems within complex enterprise environments.
• Proven ability to produce clear, practical solution designs that translate business and technical requirements into secure, scalable, and maintainable platform solutions.
• Hands-on experience building and delivering platform capabilities across both cloud and on-premises environments, with a strong understanding of production engineering and operational considerations.
• Good knowledge of one or more major cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, Azure, or Alibaba Cloud, including core services, networking, identity, and security principles.
• Experience with modern platform engineering practices, including APIs, containerisation, Kubernetes, CI/CD, automation, and observability.
• Good understanding of AI platform and model inference patterns, including deployment architecture, runtime operations, performance, and reliability considerations.
• Beneficial knowledge of on-premises AI infrastructure, including GPU-based environments and inference architecture for high-performance or regulated workloads.
• Ability to work effectively with architecture, engineering, and control teams to deliver production-ready solutions aligned with enterprise standards.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams.

Preferred experience

• Exposure to AI/ML platform services such as model serving, monitoring, MLOps workflows, or model lifecycle management.
• Familiarity with infrastructure as code, policy as code, and reusable platform patterns.
• Experience supporting secure, compliant, and resilient platforms in enterprise production environments
