We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Project and Programme Management.
Principal responsibilities
• Lead the location strategy development and execution for GTS Operations. Thins involves conduction location - specific analysis to ensure seamless 24/5 operational support for clients.
• Design and manage a detailed plan to source, hire and train local talent in complex trade products, while also orchestrating the knowledge transfer from existing teams to the new hub to mitigate operational risk and ensure business continuity.
• Act as trusted advisor to customers and ensure commercially based decisions are taken on prioritizing and optimizing the project portfolio.
• Act as the central point of coordination, building strong relationships and managing communications between a diverse set o senior stakeholders.
• Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks specific to global expansion, such as regulatory compliance hurdles, geopolitical instability, data sovereignty issues and talent availability.
• Revisit projects post deployment on regular basis to validate business.
Requirements
• Mastery of advanced project management methodologies , with proven ability to manage multi-million dollar budgets, complex timelines and a interdependent workstreams in a highly regulated environment
• Good understanding of global trade products and capital markets operations.
• Experience of building strong relationships and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with experience of reporting and governance in a large program.
• Structured worker with ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks and quickly understand requirements and produce quality results first time.
• Self-motivated, creative thinker, enthusiastic who cultivates a culture of collaboration.
• Good English enabling good written & verbal communication, negotiation and influencing skills.
Candidate with less relevant experience or skills may be offered a lower Global Career Band than stated above.
