We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Project Manager 项目经理.
Principal responsibilities
- Running projects eg. Regulatory and market initiatives, new business, business requirements gathering and reporting, process improvement initiatives.
- In line with Business Transformation Framework for Central Change
- Involvement in project budget requirements and approval process
- Interfacing with Vendor and IT teams for Operations aspects of system change and implementation. Support Target operating model activities, where applicable.
- Interaction with the Line Management and Change Management Team Globally, Provide update to Business and Management on initiatives including Project status reporting in Clarity
- Deliver Transformers automation solutions to MSS Operations
Requirements
- Impact on the Business - support business change, own and deliver timely the target outcome
- Active engagement with customers / stakeholders - Operations, Business (Front Office), Programme/Project Leads, Vendor/IT, Central Change PMO, COO Office
- Teamwork
- Management of Risk - Strong awareness, react and escalate to prevent losses
- Observation of Internal Control - Maintain HSBC control standard, adhere to HSBC Change Framework and Group Compliance policy
- Deliver Transformers automation solutions to MSS Operations swiftly
