We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Project Management Officer.

Business: HASE Technology

Principal responsibilities

• Assist IT manager to do Recourse Management, including Costs Management, Headcount, Sustainable Saves, Profit & Loss, to ensure the overall department is on the right track to operate / develop
• Ensure accurate plan and forecast numbers are captured.
• Monitor, report and manage budgets and expenditure
• Process control management, cooperate with regulator and global governance.
• Provide back-office support to project manager 

Requirements

• 3 years of PMO, PM back-office work experience
• Strong communication skill and good business writing skill. Cantonese speaker and good in Oral and written English.
• Able to multitask and prioritize tasks
• Attention to detail, with logical thinking and sense of number
• Possesses financial knowledge & commercial sense
• Build good relationship with all parties and stakeholder management
• Ability to simplify / automate processes rather than rely on manual routines
• Able to establish framework, methodology and clear procedures to drive things through
• Familiar with Office tools, like PPT, Visio, Excel, XMind
• Good presentation Skill.
