We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Project Management Officer.

Business: IWPB Technology

Principal responsibilities

• Track compliance with and chase action owners for various mandates;
• Supporting recruitment and ramp up of the team, including vendor contract management
• Manage the collection, collation and processing of MI reporting;
• Managing and updating documentation of project/system/tooling and process documents and information sources;
• Assist with the implementation of entity internal standards across the team;
• Monitor and report on project budget and expenditure for various project

Knowledge & Experience/Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of work experience relating to projects and/or PMO 
• Experience working in a global organisation.
• Strong English Writing, Speaking and Reading skills.
• Strong numerical analysis and Excel skills
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills, ability to breakd-wn a c-mplex task into smaller steps
• Good communication and organisational skills with daily task
• Demonstrated ability to meet work independency and deliver critical time sensitive objectives
• Proactive and good team player
• Strong knowledge of MS office – Word, Powerpoint, PowerQuery etc.
• Excelable ability to mentor, develop talent and motivate staff to reach their optimum performance levels and career development
• Be passionate about new technology and adopt new ideas to innovate the teams
