We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Project Management Officer.

Principal responsibilities
- Track compliance with and chase action owners for various mandates;
- Supporting recruitment and ramp up of the team, including vendor contract management
- Manage the collection, collation and processing of MI reporting;
- Managing and updating documentation of project/system/tooling and process documents and information sources;
- Assist with the implementation of entity internal standards across the team;
- Monitor and report on project budget and expenditure for various project
Knowledge & Experience/Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of work experience relating to projects and/or PMO
- Experience working in a global organisation.
- Strong English Writing, Speaking and Reading skills.
- Strong numerical analysis and Excel skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills, ability to breakd-wn a c-mplex task into smaller steps
- Good communication and organisational skills with daily task
- Demonstrated ability to meet work independency and deliver critical time sensitive objectives
- Proactive and good team player
- Strong knowledge of MS office – Word, Powerpoint, PowerQuery etc.
- Excelable ability to mentor, develop talent and motivate staff to reach their optimum performance levels and career development
- Be passionate about new technology and adopt new ideas to innovate the teams
