We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Program (PMO) Manager.
Principal responsibilities
- Oversee governance and performance of the Commercial Banking change portfolio, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Develop and maintain portfolio-level reporting, including financial updates, milestone tracking, managing risks and benefits against baseline plan.
- Orchestrate annual financial planning, assist in project prioritization.
- Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with the Group’s change framework governance and audit standards across all projects.
- Champion change initiatives, supporting adoption and embedding of new processes and systems.
- Foster a high engagement team to deliver good quality outputs which exceed user expectations.
Requirements
- University graduate in related disciplines or other relevant qualifications.
- More than 5 years of banking experience, preferably in a change environment as PMO/PM.
- Excellent communication skills, with a track record of effective stakeholder engagement and producing high-quality written materials.
- Solid understanding of Group’s change management methodology.
- Keen attention to details and change agility in adapting to shifting priorities and evolving business needs.
- Ability to translate stakeholder requirements into actionable plans and effectively navigating ambiguity while working with cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrates a strong sense of ownership and a service-oriented mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes.
Candidate with less relevant experience or skills may be offered a lower Global Career Band than stated above.
