We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of PROCESSING -DISPUTE DATA ANALYST.

 

Principal responsibilities

  • Metric Hierarchy that identifies the efficiency and effectiveness of the training drivers.
  • Accuracy of training curriculum.
  • Training to be validated against business objectives.
  • Achieve agreed KPIs and objectives
  • Accuracy of Quality Checking
  • By adhering to the Group’s agreed processes / procedures – achieving a satisfactory Audit report.
  • Stakeholder feedback.
  • Employee satisfaction – evaluation records.
  • Training KPIs are achieved.
  • Assessment of Trainer competency.
  • Active participation in the Technical Trainer Community.
  • Training Governance.
  • Maximise own utilization.
  • Stakeholder Feedback.
  • Trainer Utilization.
  • Achievement of Technical Trainer Accreditation.
  • Evaluation results/metrics.
  • Accurate Training and Competency Records in accordance with Training Approach.

                                  

Requirements

  • Basic analytical experience.
  • Experience in business and process analysis/optimization, change initiatives & re-engineering.
  • Data driven analysis, i.e. RPHs and SUT, Design and refine the process.
  • Project led focus, intaking stakeholder's comment and come up streamline idea, close the gap.
  • Produce outputs.
  • Champions the benefits and utilization of Agile delivery encouraging the appropriate deployment.
  • Supporting and coordinating with relevant teams to meet requirement and timelines.
  • Strong EXCEL & PPT skillset.
  • Continuously look for innovative ways to improve business outcomes and add value to customers/stakeholders/colleagues.
  • Strong organizational, time management and planning skills in order to cope with multiple large-scale responsibilities.
  • Smooth English communications and business written.

             

Candidate with less relevant experience or skills may be offered a lower Global Career Band than stated above.
