We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Mgr Learning and Development.

    

Principal responsibilities

  • Deploy global/regional learning programs, driving learning priorities, ensuring the deliverables and learner experience are aligned with targets.
  • Design, develop, plan and deliver local learning solutions with effective training needs analysis, strong consultation and learning expertise.
  • Build and maintain trusted partnerships with business stakeholders; Collaborate with learning teams cross GSCs & GTCs to drive people agenda.
  • Ensure operational excellence in learning delivery, mitigate risks and maintain compliance.

   

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above; over 6 years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years focused on Learning & Talent Development.
  • Proven experience on learning needs analysis, design, develop and deliver effective learning solutions and initiatives.
  • Good understanding of learning practices, technology applications, and learning tools in industry.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication with impact and influencing skills.
  • Proficient in project management, problem solving and customer-oriented consultation.
  • Good team player with growth mindset, openness to feedback
  • Proficient in oral and written English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel)

      

Candidate with less relevant experience or skills may be offered a lower Global Career Band than stated above.
