We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Manager Open Banking.
Principal responsibilities
Third-Party Service Providers (TSPs) Onboarding
- Lead end-to-end onboarding for Open Banking TSPs, including registration data capture, and coordinate technical and business readiness through to a safe, controlled go-live.
- Coordinate screening, due diligence and risk reviews across stakeholders (e.g., Third Party Qualification, RPM, Cyber/TPSR), including risk evaluation scoring, ensuring outcomes, actions and approvals are completed and audit-ready.
- Drive operational and technical enablement by coordinating terms & conditions/bilateral agreements and completing onboarding prerequisites (e.g., certificate set-up and required tool updates) to enable connectivity.
- Manage ongoing TSP lifecycle governance and partner support, including periodic due diligence, renewals and exits/service closure, acting as the day-to-day point of contact for TSP and business queries.
Support Business Operations
- Improve the onboarding experience by optimising the end-to-end digital onboarding journey, maintaining onboarding content (FAQs, web content, guidelines), and reducing drop-offs.
- Use data to drive action by translating dashboards and reports into insights that inform prioritisation, support campaign targeting, and coordinate execution across commercialisation, marketing and servicing to grow adoption and usage.
- Maintain platform operations and stability by supporting service activities including developer portal updates, MI/performance reporting, incident/problem coordination, BCM readiness and change management.
Requirements
- Understanding of Open Banking.
- Third-party supplier / vendor management.
- TSP screening and due diligence including Third Party Qualification checks, review of relevant risk per RPM and engagement of Cybersecurity for TPSR review.
- Risk Evaluation.
- MI & analytics.
- Strong stakeholder management.
- Strong communication skills.
Candidate with less relevant experience or skills may be offered a lower Global Career Band than stated above.
