We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Manager - Business Management.

 

Principal responsibilities

  • Drive planning and execution in all management task forces, eg. assist in managing and prioritizing the resource allocation across task forces; assist recruitment of FTEs and Interns; assist the local Learning and Development taskforce to plan and function based on business needs
  • Facilitate Data & Analytics budget and headcount planning and tracking
  • Act as a single point of contact for all management information needed by various teams across Data & Analytics, Global Analytics Centre and onshore business partners, etc.
  • Manage internal projects and external projects in an effective and efficient manner to support management and governance
  • Liaise with MCM Central and MCM Local regarding capacity management, growth planning and new migrations
  • Act as the representative to promote the brand and image of the Analytics Department

Soft Skills requirements –

  • Written and verbal communication skills. Ability to develop and effectively communicate complex concepts and ideas
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and develop end to end solutions.
  • Collaborate with partners across business groups, evaluate emerging techniques that may contribute to existing analytical capabilities and computational models
  • Ability to work in cross-functional teams. Strong interpersonal skills and drive for success.
  • Maintain the level of communication/interaction across the team and direct manager including onshore business partners
  • Strong analytical skills with business analysis aptitude. Knowledge and understanding of financial-services/ banking-operations is advantageous.
