We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Lead Business Analyst.

Principal responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Requirement Gathering and Analysis:

Collaborate with the Technical Product Owner and business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document detailed requirements for Decision Hub features and enhancements.

Break down high-level requirements into clear, actionable user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria.

Ensure requirements are technically feasible by engaging with engineering teams and assessing system capabilities.

• Technical Communication:

Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and the engineering team, ensuring technical feasibility and alignment with business goals.

Communicate effectively in technical language to understand and discuss system architecture, APIs, data flows, and integrations.

Facilitate discussions to clarify requirements, resolve ambiguities, and address technical challenges.

• Data Analysis and Validation:

Use SQL and data querying to analyze data, validate requirements, and support decision-making.

Ensure data elements are well-defined, consistent, and aligned with the overall decisioning solution.

• Documentation:

Create and maintain detailed documentation, including user stories, process flows, data models, and technical specifications.

Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and accessible to relevant stakeholders.

• Collaboration with Engineering Teams:

Work closely with developers, QA engineers, and architects to ensure requirements are understood and implemented correctly.

Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups to provide clarity on requirements.

• Validation and Testing:

Support the QA team in validating that delivered features meet the defined requirements.

Assist in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) by preparing test scenarios and coordinating with stakeholders.

• Stakeholder Communication:

Provide regular updates to the Technical Product Owner and other stakeholders on the progress of requirements and development.

Ensure alignment between business needs and technical implementation.

 

Requirements

Key Qualifications

• Experience:

5+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst or technical product owner, preferably in a product or software development environment.

Experience working on decisioning platforms, campaign management systems, or similar solutions is a strong plus.

• Technical Skills:

Strong understanding of software development processes, including Agile methodologies.

Ability to create detailed user stories, process flows, and technical documentation.

Proficiency in SQL and data querying is a must, with the ability to analyze and validate data.

Familiarity with APIs, data models, and system integrations.

Ability to assess technical feasibility and communicate effectively with engineering teams.

• Soft Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
