We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Lead Business Analyst. 

Business: CIB - GPS Technology

Principal responsibilities

• Elicit and document detailed business requirements from stakeholders (Product, Operations, Risk, Compliance, IT).
• Translate requirements into well‑structured user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritized backlog items.
• Define and validate API integration logic and data mapping specifications (field mappings, formats, validation rules, error handling).
• Create and maintain API contract artifacts (OpenAPI/Swagger examples, sample requests/responses).
• Collaborate with architects, developers, tester, and integration teams to refine technical design and sequencing (sequence diagrams, flowcharts).
• Support sprint planning, grooming, and clarification during development.
• Develop integration test cases, data scenarios, and support UAT execution.
• Identify and document business rules, edge cases, and regulatory/KYC requirements affecting onboarding flows.
• Communicate progress, risks, and decision points to stakeholders in clear English.

• 5+ years as a Business Analyst in banking, payments, or financial services.
• Proven experience with API driven projects and complex integrations.
• Strong understanding of data mapping, JSON/XML, RESTful APIs, authentication flows (OAuth/JWT).
• Experience writing clear user stories and acceptance criteria (Agile/Scrum environment).
• Excellent written and verbal English skills; experience working with distributed teams.
• Proficient with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Swagger/OpenAPI, Postman, and Excel Sheets.
• Willingness to collaborate across time zones and attend stakeholder workshops.
