Principal responsibilities

  • Solid IT & software development knowledge & background are required.
  • Expected to work independently with very limited support from other staff.
  • Positive attitude to learn and flexible to work; keep up to date with the latest software development technologies and methodologies.
  • Understand complex logic and capable to amend it within set timescales which is consistently error free.
  • Write clean and healthy structured, well documented code; build future-proof reusable core code libraries, which can be shared, in-order to drive further efficiencies throughout the team.
  • Design and build database schemas with integrity and scalability with data access layers that are optimized for performance and security.
  • Synchronize the training & practice to operation team’s pace, ensure or update developed internal system utilities & software are met the last standard & requirement from different fields.
  • Excellent communication skills in both written and oral English are required.
  • Strong will to fulfil responsibilities and capable working under stress and pressure. All projects must be delivered before deadline without controversy; therefore, assignments require proficient technical skills and innovative minds.

 

Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree holder or relevant professional diploma in Computer Science, Information Science, Software Engineering,  Mathematic, and related technical field or equivalent certificate and experience.
  • Experience and knowledge of processes to support delivery of Identity and Access Management operations.
  • Proven experience overseeing operational approaches and tools and assessing effectiveness.
  • Proven experience in setting organizational direction and communicating and implementing overall strategic goals.
  • Highly self-motivated and proactive with very well developed analytical reasoning and communication skills. 
  • Excellent proven presentation and conflict resolution skills.Excellent English skills in oral and written, native speaker of Cantonese and Mandarin.
  • Concentrate and capable to work under stress and pressure, accomplish assignments before deadlines.
  • Positive attitude and keen to learn.
  • Flexibility of working with different shifts.
  • Strong understanding of the Risk and Control principles and a proven record of effectively managing risks within business.
