We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Delivery Lead.

Principal responsibilities

  • Translate Private Banking and Wealth strategy into prioritised roadmaps, delivery plans, business outcomes and benefits.
  • Lead end-to-end delivery from mobilisation and design through implementation, transition, adoption and post-implementation review.
  • Deliver improvements across wealth-centric client journeys, including onboarding, servicing, financial planning, investment solutions, portfolio management, reporting, lending and cross-border banking where relevant.
  • Connect digital channels, relationship managers, investment specialists and service teams to create seamless client and colleague experiences.
  • Support delivery of wealth propositions including investment solutions, alternatives, sustainable investing, insurance, banking services and financing where applicable.
  • Manage scope, requirements, milestones, resources, budget, risks, issues, dependencies, decisions and delivery quality.
  • Improve platforms, processes, data, reporting, analytics, automation and responsible AI use cases to support insight, personalisation, productivity and scalability.

 

Requirements

  • Significant transformation delivery experience in Private Banking, Wealth Management, Capital Market and Trading, Investment, Trust or another regulated financial-services environment.
  • Strong understanding of affluent, High-Net-Worth and Ultra-High-Net-Worth client needs, relationship-led distribution, investment and wealth propositions, financial planning and international or cross-border considerations.
  • Experience delivering client-journey, operating-model, digital, data, platform, operational or regulatory change across multiple functions or markets.
  • Proven ability to manage delivery plans, benefits, budgets, risks, dependencies, governance and senior stakeholder reporting.
  • Strong influencing, problem-solving, decision-making and communication skills, including the ability to lead without direct authority.
