We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Control Manager, HK Operations

.

 

Principal responsibilities

  • Partner and support Operations teams to implement Global policy and guidance
  • Manage and support in designing risk governance structure to ensure management has visibility to key risks and remediation
  • Lead and conduct thematic analysis / review and control testing that focus on targeted operational processes and key risks
  • To provide assistance to Control Owners in setting up and executing appropriate continuous control monitoring methodologies
  • Undertake internal event reviews and analysis root causes and adequacy of actions to address control weaknesses
  • Review control / issue / action documentation across HK Operations and uplift data quality

 

Requirements

  • University graduate
  • Prior risk management experience, ideally from a banking, financial institution
  • Proficient project management capabilities
  • Experienced in liaising with internal, external business partners and regulatory bodies
  • Good command of written and spoken English as well as Cantonese
