We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist.

Principal responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, and optimization of high-performance, scalable web applications using ​​React​​ and ​​TypeScript​​.
  • Build reusable, maintainable UI components and front-end architecture for products used across different global markets.
  • Drive technical excellence through ​​code reviews​​, mentoring engineers, and enforcing best practices in ​​React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS​​.
  • Collaborate with Product, UX, Backend, DevOps, and QA teams to deliver accessible, responsive, and reliable user experiences.
  • Optimize front-end performance, including rendering, bundle size, network requests, caching, and Core Web Vitals.
  • Research and implement emerging technologies (e.g., ​​AI integration, RAG user interfaces​​) to enhance product capabilities.

 

Requirements

  • React Expertise: 5+ years of hands-on front-end development, with deep knowledge of React, component design, hooks, state management, and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
  • Front-End Architecture: Experience designing scalable applications with frameworks and tools such as Next.js, React Router, Redux Toolkit, or equivalent solutions.
  • Web Fundamentals: Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, browser APIs, accessibility (WCAG), and cross-browser compatibility.
  • API & Integration: Experience integrating RESTful or GraphQL APIs, handling authentication and authorization, and managing loading, error, and empty states.
  • Performance & Quality: Ability to diagnose front-end bottlenecks and write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests using tools such as Jest, React Testing Library, or Playwright.
  • CI/CD & Cloud: Familiarity with Git, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and AWS hosting services such as S3, CloudFront, or Lambda.
  • Agile & Collaboration: Comfortable in Scrum/Kanban environments and working with remote, cross-functional teams.
