We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist.

Principal responsibilities

• Lead business requirements discovery, perform system analysis, and drive effort estimation and delivery planning.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of cloud data platform features, from design through build, test, release, and production support.
• Drive platform architecture decisions aligned with technology standards, security requirements, and target operating model.
• Own technical roadmap items (performance, scalability, resiliency, cost optimisation, maintainability).
• Build and evolve ingestion and processing pipelines (batch/streaming) with high data quality, observability, and robustness.
• Implement orchestration and automation for repeatable deployments and data operations.
• Design and implement governance-friendly data structures, access patterns, and data lifecycle management.

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering cloud-based data platforms and AI/ML-enabled data products.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capability, with the ability to translate data and issues into clear insights and practical actions.
• Effective communicator with the confidence to engage stakeholders, explain outcomes clearly, and escalate appropriately when required.
• Collaborative team player who works well across boundaries, with a strong focus on quality, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Demonstrates strong ownership and a service-oriented mindset, ensuring customer service processes are efficient, effective, and consistently well-controlled.
• Proficient in English and Mandarin; fluent in Cantonese to support customer and stakeholder needs.
