We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist.
Business: CTO
Principal responsibilities
- Act as a versatile contributor across multiple roles, including PM, SM, and BA, to support smooth project and business delivery.
- Facilitate effective communication between upstream and downstream teams, ensuring strong alignment between business requirements and IT implementation.
- Monitor and follow up on production issues in a timely manner, driving resolution and closure with strong ownership.
- Coordinate across teams, regions, and stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and delivery progress.
- Analyze complex issues and drive practical solutions in challenging business and system scenarios.
- Support and enhance the Singapore SVOC (Single View of Customer) system landscape through strong business and system understanding.
- Identify business pain points and proactively push related actions and improvements forward in a responsible manner.
- Independently support Hong Kong business initiatives with strong ownership, learning agility, and execution capability.
- Handle complex requests and challenging issues from the India project team, balancing stakeholder needs and practical constraints.
- As one of the key founding team members, contribute significantly to building delivery structure, business coordination rhythm, and domain support capability across CUS/CDS/ODS/CDMS-related work.
Requirements
- Strong adaptability and the ability to switch seamlessly across different functional roles and responsibilities.
- Strong domain knowledge across CUS, CDS, ODS, and CDMS, with the ability to connect business needs with system delivery effectively.
- Effective communication and coordination skills to work across business teams, IT teams, and regional stakeholders.
- Strong ownership and responsiveness in managing production issues and operational support matters.
- Proven problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complexity and deliver workable outcomes.
- Good understanding of business processes and system landscapes, especially in customer data and regional platform environments such as SVOC.
- The ability to identify real business needs and translate them into actionable support and solutions.
- Independence, learning agility, and a proactive mindset in supporting new business areas and unfamiliar topics.
- The judgment and collaboration skills needed to manage difficult stakeholder situations in a balanced and constructive manner.
- The potential to continue serving as a key coordination and delivery backbone for the team.
